Electrostatic Coating

We are capable of applying an electrostatic coating. This can also be called an electrostatic fluid (or fluidized) bed.  This is a fluidized bed with a high voltage dc grid installed above the plate to charge the particles.  The particles are repelled by the grid, and repeal each other,  forming a cloud of powder above the grid.  These particles are attracted to metal and therefore coat the products with a thickness similar to film.
